The present invention relates to exercise equipment for leg and arm rehabilitation. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the exercise equipment for leg and arm rehabilitation comprises: a base (10) disposed on the bottom； a lower gear box (21) accommodating a first gear and a first motor and disposed on the base (10)； and a pair of pedals (23) disposed separately at each side of the lower gear box (21) to support both feet of a patient (1) seating on the exercise equipment, and rotating along a circular trajectory； a leg rehabilitation unit (20) driven to rotate, thereby rehabilitating legs of the patient (1)； a upper gear box (31) accommodating a second gear and a second motor； a pair of handles (33) gripped in hands by the patient (1) to rotate in a circular trajectory； an arm rehabilitation unit (30) driven to rotate to rehabilitate the arms of the patient (1)； and a support frame (40) extended upward from the base (10) to be connected to the arm rehabilitation unit (30) and having adjustable length.
