The present invention relates to intelligent lipidic nanostructures with skin temperature-responsive ionic polymer immobilized to a surface and inside thereof, and a method for preparing the lipidic nanostructures. Lipid nanostructures according to the present invention demonstrate superior adsorption and permeation properties through electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions with hair-contained skin, and induce the active excretion of hair growth-promoting ingredients to significantly promote the hair growth.
