The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting tumor cell senescence comprising an ITGB4 (integrin beta 4) inhibitor and a method for controlling the aging of tumor cells using the inhibitor. The composition according to the present invention can inhibit the expression or activity of ITGB4 in tumor cells and inhibit the aging of tumor cells induced by radiation. Therefore, by analyzing the effect of a specific substance on the expression or activity of ITGB4, it is possible to study the anticancer mechanism associated with the enhancement of tumor cell sensitivity to radiation.본 발명은 ITGB4(integrin beta 4) 억제제를 포함하는 종양세포 노화 억제용 조성물 및 상기 억제제를 이용한 종양세포의 노화 조절 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 종양세포에서 ITGB4의 발현 또는 활성을 억제하여 방사선에 의해 유도된 종양 세포의 노화를 억제할 수 있다. 따라서 특정 물질이 ITGB4의 발현 또는 활성에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 방사선에 대한 종양세포의 민감성 증진과 관련된 항암 기작의 연구가 가능하다.
