The present invention relates to a method for forming a plant for in-vitro mass-propagation of a Cheongsu mulberry variety to produce mulberry. According to the present invention, an axillary bud culture medium and an axillary bud culture method for in-vitro mass-propagation of the Cheongsu mulberry variety to produce mulberry shows excellent shoot formation rate, shoot growth, plantlet formation rate, rooting percentage, and seedling growth compared to using a basic medium, thereby being useful to harvesting mulberry as a novel crop beneficial to farms.본 발명은 오디 생산용 뽕나무 '청수' 품종의 기내 대량증식을 위한 식물체 형성 방법에 관한 것으로 본 발명에 따른 오디 생산용 뽕나무 '청수' 품종의 기내 대량증식을 위한 액아배양 방법과 액아배양용 배지는 기본 배지를 이용하는 경우에 비해 현저히 우수한 신초 형성율, 신초 생장, 유식물체 형성율, 발근율 및 묘목의 생장을 이루는 것으로 나타나 농가의 새로운 수익 작물로 오디 수확에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
