Apparatus for external osteosynthesis comprises a structure from an extendable device consisting of three elbows and a nozzle, and from clamping devices with paired needles, which are fixed on both sides of the expandable device. First elbow (18) of the sliding device is fitted with second elbow (29) with third elbow (34) attached to it by means of internal screw (32) and the second elbow is fixed with the screw on the first elbow. Third elbow is designed to extend from the second elbow when the internal screw is untwisted; at that, the device is made with possibility of elongation at spinning of the internal screw. On the opposite ends of the expandable device, clamping devices (7) in the form of the letter "P" are installed, fixed at their center perpendicular to the extended device and parallel to each other, wherein they are made with possibility of free movement along their axis and fixed by screws. On ends of clamping devices there are strictly opposite to each other paired needles (3) directed towards each other. Paired needles are also made with possibility of free movement along their axis and fixed by screws. Fixed paired needles of the fixed clamping device with the first bend of the expandable device are arranged with the possibility of the location between them of one extremity end with broken bone (37).
