A DNA adjuvant for waterfowl and livestock vaccines is disclosed, which is characterized that the DNA adjuvant includes multi-copy waterfowlspecific CpG motifs or a recombinant plasmid including thereof, and the DNA adjuvant excludes any phosphorothioate (PTO) modification.
