PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood collection holder capable of preventing the size of the blood collection holder on the whole from being enlarged in the folded state, and capable of retaining the shape of a holder body in the deployed state (the use state).SOLUTION: The blood collection holder 1 includes the bolder body 2 having an internal space 21 into which a blood collection container is inserted, and a bottom plate 5 which is disposed in the proximal end of the holder body 2 and to which a hollow needle with the sharp needle tip is attached. The holder body 2 includes a fixed wall 3 fixed to the bottom plate 5 and disposed to enclose a part of the outer peripheral side of the hollow needle, and one movable wall 4 supported displaceably to the fixed wall 3. The movable wall 4 is displaceable to the recessed state with the movable wall recessed toward the center of the holder body 2 or to the deployed state with the movable wall deployed outward from the recessed state.
