The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for tremella fuciformis extract and a cosmetic composition comprising thereof, and more specifically, to a method for turning manufactured tremella fuciformis into powder and a cosmetic composition where the same powder is added as thickener. The tremella fuciformis extract according to the present invention greatly improves the viscosity compared to the traditional method and the functionality as additives is verified when manufactured in powder. In addition, the high effect of moisture protection is verified as the result of containing lots of polysaccharide and collagen. The tremella fuciformis extract according to the present invention greatly improves the stability by using nanoparticles and can be easily applicable as a functional cosmetic since the skin absorption efficiency is improved.본 발명은 흰목이 버섯 추출물의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 흰목이 버섯 추출물을 제조 후 분말화하는 방법과 이를 점증제로서 첨가한 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 흰목이 버섯 추출물은 통상적인 방법을 통한 흰목이 버섯 추출물에 비행 점도가 크게 향상되었으며 분말로 가공할 때 점증제로의 이용 가능성이 향상됨을 확인하였다. 또한 다당류와 콜라겐 함유량이 증가하여 보습력 향상 효과가 높음을 확인하였다. 본 발명에 따른 흰목이 버섯 추출물의 나노입자화를 통하여 안정성을 크게 향상시켰으며, 피부 흡수력이 향상됨으로써 기능성 화장품으로 용이하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
