PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of positioning plural images in which a range to be visualized to an image is different from each other.SOLUTION: An image acquisition part 110 acquires a first image (MRI image) obtained by imaging a first area containing breasts (object area) and a breast wall (first structure) held by a first holding part. The image acquisition part acquires a second image (PAT image) obtained by imaging a second area containing at least breasts of the analyte held by a second holding part. A deformation acquisition part 125 acquires deformation information indicating deformation of the analyte between the first and second images, based on the first image in which an imaging range is larger, the second image in which the imaging range is smaller, and a position of the second holding part for making up for small size of the imaging range.
