A system for moving particles suspended in a first fluid and injecting the particles into a second fluid flow includes a catheter having a multi-lumen distal tip. The tip is formed of a plurality of parallel lumens, each lumen having a predetermined diameter. It is important that the diameter of each tube is dimensioned to accommodate the particles sequentially through it and to prevent the particles from agglomerating before entering the second fluid stream.
