The present invention relates to a safety syringe having a removable needle. More specifically, the safety syringe comprises: a luer lock tip having a syringe needle, and disposed to be attached to and detached from a syringe body； a safety cap for accommodating the syringe needle of the luer lock tip； and a connection means for attaching and detaching the safety cap to and from the luer lock tip. The safety cap is separated from the luer lock tip, and is used while the needle is exposed. The used syringe needle is covered by the safety cap, and the safety cap is fixed to the luer lock tip by means of the connection means, so the luer lock tip and the safety cap are separated from the syringe body while the syringe needle is accommodated therein. According to the present invention, the hand of a user is protected not to be pricked by the syringe needle, and the syringe needle can be easily separated from the syringe, so a safety accident can be prevented and cots can be reduced. The accustomed using ways which users in the medical field have always used can be intactly applied, and a syringe can be comfortably, safely, and rapidly handled in an emergency situation, a moving situation, and a situation in which a patient moves.본 발명은 바늘제거 가능한 안전주사기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 주사 바늘을 갖고, 주사기몸체에 탈부착 가능하도록 구비되는 루어록 팁, 상기 루어록 팁의 주사 바늘이 수납되기 위한 안전캡, 및 상기 안전캡을 루어록 팁에 탈부착시키기 위한 연결수단,을 포함하고, 상기 안전캡을 루어록 팁에서 분리시켜 상기 바늘이 노출된 상태로 사용되고, 사용된 주사 바늘은 상기 안전캡에 의해 덮혀지되, 상기 연결수단에 의해 안전캡이 루어록 팁에 고정됨에 따라, 주사 바늘이 내부에 수납된 상태로 루어록 팁과 안전캡이 주사기몸체에서 분리된다.상기와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 주사 바늘에 찔리지 않도록 사용자의 손을 보호함은 물론, 주사 바늘을 주사기에서 용이하게 분리할 수 있어 안전사고 방지와 비용을 절감시킬 수 있고, 의료 현장에 있는 사용자들이 늘 써오던 익숙한 사용방식을 그대로 적용할 수 있도록 구현했다는 점과, 촌각을 다투는 응급 상황이나, 이동 중인 상황이나, 환자가 움직이는 상황 등에서도 마음 놓고 안전하고 빠르게 주사기를 다룰 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
