The invention discloses a coated granular matter. The coated granular matter of a coated layer is arranged on the surface of a granular matter including a bioactive component. The coated layer comprises a resin coated layer including thermosetting resin or thermoplastic resin and a protection layer arranged outside of the resin coated layer and including plant hardened oil. Two-alkyl sulfonylurea base succinic acid salt is kept on the surface. The coated granular matter is that dissolution of a physiological activity component is controlled. The coated granular matter has excellent performances.
