The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising steroid for preventing or treating peritoneal dysfunction. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can suppress peritoneal fibrosis by blocking EMT induced by TGF-&beta；. Therefore, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can be used for preventing or treating the peritoneal dysfunction and, specifically, can be used as a peritoneal dialysis solution.본 발명은 스테로이드를 포함하는 복막기능부전 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 약학 조성물은 TGF-β에 의해 유도되는 EMT 차단함으로써 복막 섬유화를 억제할 수 있으며, 복막 투석액으로 사용될 수 있다.
