PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing fish meal with which fish meal abundant with fertilizer ingredients and nutrients can be manufactured inexpensively and without requiring large scale manufacturing equipment or a waste water and oil treatment facility.SOLUTION: The fish meal manufacturing method is characterized in that fish or a processed residue of fish and an egg of poultry are mixed and heated, and a powdered fish meal containing abundant nutrients or a fertilizing ingredient can be obtained without separating oil components by squeezing or the like.
