The present self-heating thermal-insulation film can be manufactured into a three-dimensional face mask, a face mask, or an eye mask for use on facial skin to improve blood circulation, enlarge facial pores, so as to clean skin dirt and sebaceous secretion. When used in combination with a traditional nourishing face mask or skincare product, the absorption of the effective ingredients in the traditional face mask or skincare product is improved, so the amount of skincare product used is reduced and skincare effect is enhanced.
