The disclosure provides insect-resistant and/or fungi-resistant transgenic plants. The plants may be transformed with a gene construct including at least one gene chosen from LECRPA1, LECRPA2, or LECRPA3. Further disclosed are transgenic plants that are resistant to specific insect termite, and/or fungus including Phanerochaete chrysosporium, Gloeophyllum trabeum, and/or Trichoderma reesei.Linvention concerne une plante transgénique qui résiste aux insectes et/ou aux champignons.
