The present invention relates to a bath chair which allows a caretaker to more conveniently and easily take care of an immobile person when: the immobile person, who cannot even turn over on his/her own accord, is moved to a different place for bathing, medical examination, or inspection the immobile person is moved to a different place to take a meal, watch television, or have a view of the outside from his/her home or sheets are replaced with a new ones.
