The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating endometriosis and complications thereof, comprising an extract of Myristicae semen as an active ingredient. The extract of Myristicae semen according to the present invention has excellent effects of inhibiting the activity of lactate dehydrogenase in endometriosis cells and inhibiting the growth of endometrial cells and the adhesion of endometrial cells to peritoneal tissue cells. Thus, the extract of Myristicae semen according to the present invention can be usefully used for preventing or treating endometriosis and complications thereof.La présente invention concerne une composition permettant de prévenir ou de traiter l'endométriose et ses complications, comprenant un extrait de Myristicae semen utilisé comme principe actif. L'extrait de Myristicae semen selon la présente invention a d'excellents effets d'inhibition de l'activité de la lactate déshydrogénase dans les cellules de l'endométriose et d'inhibition de la croissance des cellules endométriales et de l'adhérence des cellules endométriales aux cellules des tissus péritonéaux. Ainsi, l'extrait de Myristicae semen selon la présente invention peut être utilisé de manière utile pour prévenir ou traiter l'endométriose et ses complications.본 발명은 육두구 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 자궁내막증 및 이의 합병증의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 육두구 추출물은 자궁내막증 세포 내 젖산탈수소효소 활성을 억제하고, 자궁내막 세포의 성장 및 자궁내막 세포의 복막 조직 세포에 대한 유착을 억제하는 우수한 효과를 가지고 있어, 자궁내막증 및 이의 합병증의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
