The method for the surgical treatment of the deformity in the proximal femur in the children comprises the temporary forced blocking of the specified site of the growth area of the head of femur according to the type of the deformity until the normal values of the angular parameters of the proximal femur are attained. The blocking of the specified site of the growth area of the head of femur is provided extra-articularly by generating the approach through the lateral part of femur below the greater trochanter crossing the growth area in perpendicular. Into the opening, the hollow external screw is inserted with the threaded tip. The tip is screwed into epiphysis of the head of femur until the contact with the lateral side of the bone. Two flexible rods with flat sharpened distal ends are inserted into the cavity of the screw. Each of the rods is inserted into epiphysis of the head of femur through the lateral opening of the screw to the specified length in anterior-posterior or lateral projection depending of the type of the deformity. The proximal ends of said rods are fastened onto the end-face of the head of the screw. Postoperative follow-up is provided every four months with clinical and radiological examination to ascertain the rate of correction and to define the term of screw withdrawal.Способ хирургического лечения деформаций проксимального отдела бедренной кости у детей включает временное принудительное блокирование определенного участка наростковой зоны головки бедренной кости в соответствии с видом деформации до достижения нормальных величин угловых параметров проксимального отдела кости. Блокировку расчетного участка наростковой зоны головки бедренной кости осуществляют внесуставным путем выполнения отверстия к этому участку через латеральную часть бедренной кости ниже большого вертела с пересечением наростковой зоны и перпендикулярно к ней. Вводят в указанное отверстие полый винт с нарезным наконечником и двумя противоположно расположенными в нем боков
