The invention relates to a rinse-off foaming cleansing cosmetic composition comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium: -a surfactant system in an active material content of greater than or equal to 3% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, -at least one suspension agent, -at least one cosmetic additive in the form of particles, fibres or mixtures thereof, -at least one pressure-sensitive adhesive compound in the form of beads. The invention also relates to a process for cleansing keratin materials, which consists in applying the said composition to the said keratin materials, in working it into a foam and then in rinsing off the said composition.La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique moussante de rinçage comprenant, dans un milieu physiologiquement acceptable : - un système tensioactif dont la teneur en principe actif est supérieure ou égale à 3% en poids du poids total de la composition, - au moins un agent de suspension, - au moins un additif cosmétique sous la forme de particules, de fibres ou de mélanges des deux, - au moins un composé adhésif sensible à la pression sous la forme de billes.
