PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable body warmer which absorbs sweat even in the case of perspiration, keeps the skin contact surface not wet nor sticky, and sticks to the inner surface of underwear.SOLUTION: A flat bag 10 with a sealed-in heating composition 40 is formed as a four sides-sealed one. In a surface-constituting member 20 on the side of adhesion to the skin, a first nonwoven fabric 21 with hydrophobicity and water permeability, serving as the outer layer, and a second nonwoven fabric 22 with water absorbing properties and water retention, serving as the intermediate layer, are superposed on each other by adhesion or welding so as not to inhibit air permeability and additionally, a sealant film 23 serving as an inner layer is superposed on the second nonwoven fabric 22. In a surface-constituting member 30 on the side of application to the inner surface of the underwear, a third nonwoven fabric 31 with air permeability, serving as an outer layer, and a sealant film 32 with air permeability, serving as the inner layer, are bonded or welded together so as not to inhibit the air permeability a sticky coating film 33 is applied and formed on the third nonwoven fabric 31 so as not to inhibit the air permeability and a separator 34 is superposed on the sticky coating film 33.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】汗をかいても該汗を吸収し、肌接触面がサラサラしてベトつかない、肌着に内貼りする使い捨てカイロを提供すること。【解決手段】発熱組成物40を封入した偏平状袋10が四方シール袋であり、肌密着側の面構成部材20は、外層となる疎水性及び通水性を有する第一の不織布21と中間層となる吸水性及び保水性を有する第二の不織布22とが通気性を遮蔽しないように接着又は溶着により積層され、さらに第二の不織布22に内層となるシーラントフィルム23が積層されてなる。肌着内面貼着側の面構成部材30は、外層となる通気性を有する第三の不織布31と内層となる通気性を有するシーラントフィルム32とが通気性を遮蔽しないように接着又は溶着され、第三の不織布31に通気性を遮蔽しないように粘着性塗膜33が塗布形成され、粘着性塗膜33にセパレータ34が積層されてなる。【選択図】 図2
