212The present invention relates to an aqueous suspoemulsion comprising a first pesticide which is dissolved in a water immiscible solvent a second pesticide which is suspended in continuous aqueous phase and a polymer in form of polymer particles where the polymer comprises methyl (meth)acrylate and C C alkyl (meth)acrylate in polymerized form. Furthermore the invention relates to a process for the preparation of said suspoemulsion by contacting water the first pesticide the second pesticide the water immiscible solvent and the polymer particles. Further subject matter are a method of controlling phytopathogenic fungi and/or undesired plant growth and/or undesired insect or mite attack and/or for regulating the growth of plants wherein the suspoemulsion is allowed to act on the respective pests their environment or the crop plants to be protected from the respective pest on the soil and/or on undesired plants and/or on the crop plants and/or on their environment and seed containing said suspoemulsion.
