PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood state monitoring device useful for avoiding a problem on blood that occurs during the extracorporeal circulation by monitoring a blood state using a dielectric coagulation measurement technique in the extracorporeal circulation.SOLUTION: A blood state monitoring device includes an extracorporeal circulation part for circulating blood to the outside of a living body, and a first blood measurement part for measuring electric characteristics of the blood acquired by the application of an alternating electric field to the blood. The first blood measurement part is disposed in a blood circuit of the extracorporeal circulation part.
