The present invention relates to an animal feed comprising an Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid composition, wherein the composition comprises: (a) 5%-60% algal Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid； and/or (b) 5%-80% linseed Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid. Also disclosed is use of the animal feed in enriching animal meat with Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, and a method for enriching animal meat with Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids comprising the steps of administering the animal feed to an animal.
