This disclosure relates to a fertiliser composition comprising granules comprised of urea and one or more plant hormones. The plant hormone may be gibberellic acid. The granules have one or more of the following properties: a bulk density of from about 0.5 g/cm3 to about 1.5 g/cm3, a mean diameter (weight-based) of from about 1 mm to 5 mm, a particle size distribution whereby at least 90% of the granules have a diameter of from 1 mm to 5 mm, a particle size distribution whereby at least 90% of the granules have a diameter within 1 mm of the mean diameter, a hardness of from about 10 N to about 70 N or comprise less than about 0.5% w/w plant hormone. The disclosure also contains methods for producing the fertiliser and methods for providing the fertiliser to a plant, locus or pasture to improve health, production or value.
