PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash a lens surface at the distal end of an endoscope more effectively than a conventional flowing water washer in a flowing water washer for washing a soft nasopharyngeal endoscope insertion part inside a pipe.SOLUTION: When washing the soft nasopharyngeal endoscope insertion part (2) with flowing water inside a vertically fixed transparent pipe (1), a cylindrical structure (4) with a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe is installed directly under the lens surface (3) at the distal end of the endoscope concentrically with the pipe, and the upper face is recessed in bowl shape to form a bowl-like flowing water reflecting plate (5). On the bowl-like flowing water reflecting plate, water at the center part of the falling flowing water is reflected/reversed toward the upper part center, and collides with the flowing water falling from above to cause a turbulent flow to thereby wash the lens surface (3) at the distal end of the endoscope. The water flows down around the cylindrical structure (4) and is drained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】パイプ内で鼻咽喉軟性内視鏡挿入部を洗浄する流水洗浄器において、内視鏡先端レンズ面を従来の流水洗浄器より効果的に洗浄する。【解決手段】垂直に固定した透明パイプ(1)の中で鼻咽喉軟性内視鏡挿入部(2)を流水洗浄する際に、内視鏡先端レンズ面(3)直下にパイプ内径より小さな直径の円柱状構造(4)をパイプと同心に設置し、この上面を椀状に窪ませて椀状流水反射板(5)とした。この椀状流水反射板の上で、落下する流水の中心部の水は上方中心に向かって反射・反転し、さらに上方から落ちてくる流水と衝突して乱流を起こし、内視鏡先端レンズ面(3)を洗浄する。これらの水は円柱状構造(4)の周囲を下方に流れ落ちて排水される。【選択図】図2
