PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic method capable of providing muscle enhancement effects significantly exceeding a conventional category.SOLUTION: An instrument-combined-type muscle enhancing method includes the steps of: applying a gel containing a carbonate to a part of a body； applying an acid-containing cream to the part of the body； and, after massaging the part of the body, using an EMS (an Electric Muscle Stimulator) to the part of the body to drive the muscle, and further, introducing an effective substance into the body by an electroporation method. After a skin of an object side is softened by an alkali agent, carbon dioxide generated by reaction thereof with an oxidizer improves the flow of blood. This method can thus provide signifiant muscle enhancement effects by, after the object site is activated, accelerating muscular movement by the EMS and the effective components introduced by using the electroporation method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】従来の枠を大きく超える筋肉増大効果を得ることができる施術方法を提供する。【解決手段】炭酸塩を含むジェルを身体の一部に塗布する工程と、酸を含むクリームを上記身体の一部に塗布する工程と、上記身体の一部をマッサージした後に、上記身体の一部にEMSを用いて筋肉を駆動させ、さらにエレクトロポレーション法によって有効物質を体内に打ち込む。アルカリ剤によって対象部位の皮膚を柔軟にした上で酸化剤と反応することにより発生する二酸化炭素が血行を促進する。そして対象部位が活発化したところにEMSによる筋肉運動やエレクトロポレーション法を用いて注入した有効成分によって劇的な筋肉増大効果を得ることができる。【選択図】図１
