The present invention relates to a safe intravenous injection catheter, and more particularly, to a safe intravenous catheter comprising: a hub integrally provided with a gelco at a front end； a chamber integrally provided with a stylet at a front end thereof and having a front end inserted in a sliding manner through an open rear end of the hub； a housing accommodated in the chamber and having diameters of different sizes and stacked in multiple stages； and a holder surrounding the outer diameter of the hub and slidably engaged with the front end outer diameter of the housing at the rear end. When the housing is slidably extended to a maximum length to accommodate the stylet as a whole, shortening in the reverse direction in a sliding manner can be prevented by being fixed to each other. According to the present invention, when the gelco is inserted into the vein by stabbing the vein together with the stylet due to the holder coupled in the form of surrounding the outer diameter of the hub, the shaking of the front end of the intravenous injection catheter is prevented.본 발명은, 안전 정맥주사 카테터에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 전단에 젤코가 일체로 구비된 허브와, 전단에 스타일렛이 일체로 구비되며, 허브의 개방된 후단을 통해 전단부가 슬라이딩 삽입되는 챔버와, 챔버가 내부에 수용되며, 각기 다른 크기의 직경으로 이루어져 다단으로 서로 중첩된 하우징 및 허브의 외경을 감싸면서 후단부가 하우징의 전단 외경에 슬라이딩 끼움결합되는 홀더를 포함하며, 하우징이 스타일렛을 전체적으로 수용하기 위해 최대 길이로 슬라이딩 신장되면, 서로 간에 결착고정되어 역방향으로 슬라이딩 단축되는 것이 방지되는 안전 정맥주사 카테터에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 허브의 외경을 감싸는 형태로 결합된 홀더로 인해 스타일렛과 함께 정맥을 찔러 젤코를 정맥에 삽입시, 정맥주사 카테터 앞단부의 흔들림이 방지되는 효과가 있다.
