The present invention relates to a TMR feed for breeding cattle using coffee waste and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a TMR feed which can be easily processed in a pellet form by using coffee waste generated in a coffee extraction process as a material for breeding cattle and using moisture of coffee waste, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The TMR feed for breeding cattle using coffee waste of the present invention contains 8 to 12 wt% of coffee waste, 26 to 32 wt% of timothy hay, 22 to 28 wt% of alfalfa hay, 25 to 30 wt% of corn and 6 to 10 wt% of soybean cake.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 커피박을 이용한 가축용 TMR 사료 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 커피 추출 과정에서 발생하는 커피박을 가축용 사료의 재료로 활용함과 동시에 커피박의 수분을 이용하여 펠렛 형태로 가공이 용이한 TMR 사료 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 커피박을 이용한 가축용 TMR 사료는 커피박 8 내지 12중량%, 티모시 건초 26 내지 32중량%, 알팔파 건초 22 내지 28중량%, 옥수수 25 내지 30중량%, 대두박 6 내지 10중량%를 함유한다.
