L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation de composés de l'invention, des préparations pharmaceutiques comprenant lesdits composés et des procédés d'utilisation desdits composés et compositions dans la prise en charge de maladies ou troubles associés à l'activité aberrante de l'SHP2.
