PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle retractor for a spinal operation that can secure fixed operation space and visual field by using constant power to evenly retract a surrounding muscle from a vertebra.SOLUTION: A muscle retractor consists of a first retraction unit 200 and a second retraction unit 300, the first retraction unit 200 is a unit for retracting a muscle around a vertebra and the second retraction unit 300 is supported by the vertebra. The muscle retractor includes: a slider that comes in and out by being inserted into a blade of the first retraction unit 200 or the second retraction unit 300 in a state of protruding, and restricts or releases mutual retraction units on the basis of whether it comes in or out and an auxiliary blade that is rotatably arranged at a lower part of the blade of the first retraction unit 200 supporting the muscle out of the first and second retraction units 200 and 300, rotates when an expansion arm of a dilator is inserted into an insertion block of the first retraction unit 200, and expansively moves in a state of covering and holding the muscle.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】脊椎骨から周辺の筋肉を一定の力で同一に牽引して、一定の手術空間と視野を確保することができるようにした脊椎手術用の筋肉牽引装置を提供する。【解決手段】第1牽引器200と第2牽引器300から構成され、第1牽引器200は脊椎骨周辺の筋肉を牽引する装置であり、前記第2牽引器300は脊椎骨に支持される。第1牽引器200又は第2牽引器300のブレードに突出した状態で挿入されて出入りし、その出入り有無によって相対牽引器を拘束又は解除するスライダー、及び、前記第1、2牽引器200,300のうち筋肉を支持する第1牽引器200のブレード下部に回転可能に設置されて、前記第1牽引器200の挿入ブロックに拡張器の拡張アームが挿入されることによって回転して筋肉を包んで押さえた状態で拡張移動する補助ブレードを含む。【選択図】図2
