PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of X-ray diagnosis in an X-ray diagnostic device while reducing X-ray exposure of a subject.SOLUTION: The X-ray diagnostic device 6 is configured to execute mask imaging for obtaining a mask image based on an X-ray transmission image free from an image of contrast agent and contrast imaging for obtaining a contrast image based on an X-ray transmission image including the image of contrast agent and to subject the mask image and contrast image to subtraction processing to generate a differential image that is a blood vessel image.
