The water glasses include: a see-through plate frame (12) in a shape of a frame which has an opened upper portion and an opened lower portion, is made of a buoyant material which can float on water, is formed in the shape of a frame as a plurality of frame plates are joined to each other by insert-joining pieces (12IP) and insert-joining holes (12IH) and a see-through plate (20) which is installed on the see-through plate frame to enable a user to see under the water and capture aquatic organisms at the same time.
