<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create by gene recombination technique Oryza sativa producing amyloid &beta；-peptide(hereafter, referred to as A&beta；). <；P>；SOLUTION: The Oryza sativa is such as to be expressibly introduced with a gene encoding A&beta；, wherein it is preferable that the A&beta； comprises A&beta；40 or A&beta；42 or an amino acid sequence where one or several amino acids are deleted, substituted or added in the amino acid sequence in A&beta；40 or A&beta；42 and is a protein producing an anti-amyloid &beta；-peptide antibody in vivo, and furthermore, the gene encoding A&beta； is a fused gene with a gene encoding a protein having adjuvant effect, which is preferably a fluorescent protein.
