An endoscope controlled device is presented to solve the inconvenience while controlling the prior endoscope. The endoscope controlled device comprises a base, a linear displacement controlling module, an optics assembly bucket and a rotation controlling assembly. A positioning groove is coupled on the inner wall of the base, with a through-hole in the positioning groove. A penetrating hole is set on the peripheral surface of the base. The linear displacement controlling module includes a controlling member and a moving board. The controlling member is arranged in the penetrating hole and controls the axial displacement of the moving board with a driving gear. The optics assembly bucket is received with the moving board.
