The present invention relates to single doses of immediate release of GHB or its therapeutically acceptable salts of an orally administered.These doses are 0.37 1.75 g of GHB, and more especially of sodium oxybate when they present themselves in the form of granules.These last have the following composition (% relative to the total weight of the granules): active ingredient (sodium oxybate): 50 to 60% effervescent agent, 5 to 15% solvent: 2 to 18% binder: 310% - support (solid core of granules): 15% to 25% - coating agent \/ flavouring agent \/ agent sweetener \/ lubricant: 3 to 6%.The application in the maintenance of abstinence alcohol for patients who have a blood alcohol level low, moderate, high or very high, with or without hepatic impairment.a presente invenção refere-se a doses unitárias com liberação imediata de ghb ou de um de seus sais terapeuticamente aceitáveis administradas por via oral. essas doses contêm de 0,37 a 1,75 g de ghb, e mais especialmente de oxibato de sódio quando elas se apresentam sob a forma de granulados, esses últimos têm a composição seguinte (% em relação ao peso total do granulado): - princípio ativo (oxibato de sódio): 50 a 60% - agente efervescente: 5 a 15% - diluente: 2 a 18% - ligante: 3 a 10% - suporte (núcleo sólido do granulado): 15 a 25% - agente de revestimento/agente aromatizante/agente edulcorante/lubrificante: 3 a 6%. aplicação na manutenção da abstinência ao álcool para pacientes que têm um nível de alcoolemia baixo, moderado, elevado ou muito elevado, com ou sem insuficiência hepática.
