Around the orifice plate, at least two first and second pressure sensors are spaced apart from each other at a regular interval from the orifice plate to the inlet in an inlet region, at least two third and fourth pressure sensors are spaced apart from each other at a regular interval from the orifice plate to an outlet in an outlet region, and slanting surfaces are formed at both edges of the opening of the orifice plate.본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 계측용 호흡관 장치 및 모니터링 제어장치를 포함하는 휴대용 양방향 호흡량 측정장치에서, 상기 계측용 호흡관 장치는, 제1 직경의 내경을 가지는 원통형상으로 형성된 호흡관 상기 호흡관의 입구측에 형성되며, 마우스피스가 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 마우스피스 결합구 상기 호흡관 내부의 중앙에 예리한 경사부가 형성된 제2 직경의 개구부가 형성된 원형의 오리피스판 을 포함하며, 상기 오리피스판을 중심으로 상기 호흡관의 입구 영역에는 2개 이상의 제1, 2 압력 감지센서가 상기 오리피스판으로부터 입구측으로 일정 간격을 가지고 형성되며, 상기 호흡관의 출구 영역에는 2개 이상의 제3, 4 압력감지센서가 상기 오리피스판으로부터 출구 측으로 일정 간격으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 오리피스판의 개구부의 에지에는 양측으로 경사면이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 양방향 호흡량 측정장치가 제공된다.
