PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition which includes a loxoprofen or its salt, an L-carbocysteine, and a tipepidine or its salt, and which is excellent in a temporal stability, thereby solving the problem in which: in a process developing the pharmaceutical composition including a loxoprofen or its salt as an antipyretic-analgesic, a L-carbocysteine as an expectorant, and a tipepidine hibenzate as an antitussive, its storage stability was examined and the loxoprofen or its salt, the L-carbocysteine, and the tipepidine or its salt contained in the pharmaceutical composition decreased with time.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition includes a loxoprofen or its salt, a L-carbocysteine, a tipepidine or its salt, and corn starch.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】解熱鎮痛剤としてロキソプロフェン又はその塩、去痰剤としてL-カルボシステイン、及び鎮咳剤としてチペピジンヒベンズ酸塩を含有する医薬組成物の開発を進めてきた結果、それらの保存安定性において、ロキソプロフェン又はその塩、L-カルボシステイン、及びチペピジン又はその塩の含量が経時的に低下するという驚くべき知見を得た。従って、本発明の課題は、ロキソプロフェン又はその塩、L-カルボシステイン、及びチペピジン又はその塩を含有する安定化された医薬組成物の提供である。【解決手段】ロキソプロフェン又はその塩、L-カルボシステイン、チペピジン又はその塩、及びトウモロコシデンプンを含有することを特徴とする医薬組成物。【選択図】 なし
