The present invention provides a conjugate consisting of a drug moiety agonist and a cell binding agent that targets human fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3). The conjugates are designed and adapted to target specific cell populations and deliver strong cytotoxins intracellularly, and have therapeutic uses.
