A device for the retraction of soft tissue in a patient undergoing arthroscopic surgery, comprising a pulling element (2) extending in its own main direction (A) between a first end (2a) and a second end (2b), the latter being fitted with a hooking body (4) configured to pass through the soft tissue (ST) of a patient and engage in the soft tissue following the traction of the pulling element (2) towards the first end (2a). The device further comprises a presser body (3) suitable to press on the skin (S) of the patient and connectable to the pulling element (2) in at least one operating position placed at a fixed distance (d) from the second end (2b), wherein the fixed distance (d) is such as to define a housing for the layers of soft tissue (ST) of the patient engaged by the hooking body (4).Cette invention concerne un dispositif de rétraction des tissus mous chez un patient soumis à une chirurgie arthroscopique, comprenant un élément d'extraction (2) s'étendant dans sa propre direction principale (A) entre une première extrémité (2a) et une seconde extrémité (2b), cette dernière étant pourvue d'un corps d'accrochage (4) conçu pour traverser le tissu mou (ST) du patient et entrer en prise avec ledit tissu mou suite à la traction de l'élément de traction (2) en direction de la première extrémité (2a). Le dispositif comprend en outre un corps presseur (3) conçu pour appuyer sur la peau (S) du patient et pouvant être relié à l'élément de traction (2) dans au moins une position fonctionnelle située à une distance fixe (d) de la seconde extrémité (2b), la distance fixe (d) étant telle qu'elle définit un logement pour les couches de tissus mous (ST) du patient en prise avec le corps d'accrochage (4).
