The present invention relates to a handpiece emitting intense pulsed light (IPL). The present invention provides the handpiece generating the IPL to irradiate skin with the IPL, comprising: a handle forming a head part at one side and forming a pipe at the other side an IPL module embedded in the head part and having a body with an opened lower part, an IPL lamp formed within the body and a glass pipe holding the IPL lamp and embedded in the body and a suction part coupled to a lower part of the body and forming a suction plate, a reflector coupled to the suction plate, suction rubber surrounding the reflector and having an opened lower part and suction hose penetrated through and coupled to the suction rubber and the reflector to communicate with the suction plate for generating suction force.
