Disclosed is a detachable medical headlight which is used for conversion of a color temperature and on which a detachable lamp capable of displaying various colors depending on an operation is mounted. To this end, the detachable medical headlight of the present invention comprises: a helmet put on a head of a user a lens part detachably installed on the helmet and including a light-emitting diode (LED) light source installed on an inner part thereof a battery installed on a lateral side of the helmet and a control unit installed on the lateral side of the helmet so as to control the intensity of the light emitted from the LED light source in the lens part. The brightness of the colors of a head lamp can be simply adjusted by using one hand even during the operation by a doctor.
