PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain calling by discriminating a plurality of nurse call slave sets without performing a construction work in a large scale.SOLUTION: A nurse call system includes: a dummy analog call signal generating part 12f for generating a dummy analog call signal when an analog call signal is received from the nurse call slave set a superimposition call signal generating part 12g for generating a superimposition call signal which indicates the input source of the analog call signal and its call indication content a call path establishment control part 2b for establishing a call path to transmit the superimposition call signal in response to the dummy analog call signal and a transmission control part 12j for transmitting the superimposition call signal to a controller via the call path. The superimposition call signal including a plurality of elements is transmitted by using the call path which is established with the use of the dummy analog call signal.
