A first pillow block and a second pillow block are parallelly disposed at an interval and a third pillow block is perpendicularly disposed between the first pillow block and the second pillow block to form an I-shape. When a patient lies on this appliance, the shoulder and the waist are respectively abutted against the first pillow block and the second pillow block and only spine is pressed against the third pillow block for the back.
