PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a port for thoracoscopic surgery capable of blocking blood exuding from an incision and moving along an outer peripheral face of a thoracoscopic port to be suctioned to outside of a body efficiently, thereby keeping a surgical visual field favorably, and keeping clean a mounted thoracoscope and surgical instrument.SOLUTION: A port for thoracoscopic surgery includes: a flange 1 shaped in a thin plate ring and positioned on a body surface side a flexible collar 2 shaped in a thin plate ring and positioned on a thoracic cavity side a flexible cylindrical sleeve 3 positioned in an intermediate part between the flange and collar from the body surface to the thoracic cavity and a suction pipe 4 arranged parallelly to an axial direction of the sleeve in contact with an outer peripheral face of the sleeve 3. A suction hole 41 connecting a suction passage 40 to outside through the suction pipe 4 is formed at an edge of the suction pipe 4 on the collar side immediately above an upper face of the collar 2. The flange 1, collar 2, sleeve 3, and suction pipe 4 are formed by integral molding with flexible resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
