The present invention relates to a novel cyclic dipeptide synthetase. A synthetic enzyme according to the present invention is used to produce a cyclic dipeptide synthetase having antimicrobial activity. It is possible to produce a microorganism having an excessive amount of an antimicrobial active substance by using the same, thereby providing the antimicrobial activity to useful food microorganisms, and the increased antimicrobial activity to enable to maintain preservation and health functionality without the need for a separate antimicrobial agent.본 발명은 신규한 사이클리 다이펩타이드 합성효소에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 합성효소를 이용하여 항균활성을 가진 사이클릭 다이펩타이드를 생산할 수 있다. 이를 이용하여 과량의 항균활성 물질을 가진 미생물을 제조할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 유용한 식품미생물에 항균 활성을 부여할 수 있고, 증가된 항균활성으로 별도의 항균제가 없이도 보존성 및 건강기능성을 유지할 수 있다.
