A solid oral dosage form comprising a core comprising a doxylamine componentand apyridoxine component coated with an enteric coating is disclosed. The solidoral dosage formfurther comprises two active ingredient-containing coatings surrounding theenteric coating, theactive ingredient-containing coatings being separated from one another by anintermediatecoating, and one of the two active ingredient-containing coatings comprising adoxylaminecomponent and being free of a pyridoxine component, and the other of the twoactiveingredient-containing coatings comprising a pyridoxine component and beingfree of doxylaminecomponent. Uses of the solid oral dosage form for the alleviation of thesymptoms of nauseaand vomiting, for example in the case of nausea and vomiting of pregnancy(NVP), are alsodisclosed.
