This invention relates to a seawater surface temperature cooling device. It includes a fixed portion, a pipe portion, a resilient connecting portion, a piston portion, and a floating unit. The fixed portion is to be secured on the bottom of the sea. This pipe portion contains a channel, a water inlet, and water outlet. The resilient connecting portion is pivoted with the fixed portion and the water inlet. The piston portion is movable inside the channel of the pipe portion and has many one-way water expelling portions. The floating unit has a floating element and a linking element. Two ends of the linking element are pivoted with floating element and piston portion. Hence, when the floating element fluctuates on the seawater surface, it will force the piston portion moving along the channel reciprocatedly. So, the water is sucked into the channel from the water inlet and then is expelled out from the water outlet. Therefore, this invention can reduce the seawater surface temperature so as to weaken the strength of a typhoon. In addition, its structure is simple and its cost is low.本創作係為一種海水表面降溫裝置,其包括:一固定部、一管體、一撓性連結元件、一活塞部及一浮動單元。該固定部用以固定於水底;該管體係具有一通道、一入水端及一出水端;該撓性連結元件分別樞接該固定部及該管體之入水端;該活塞部係可移動的設於該管體之通道中,且具有複數單向排水部;而該浮動單元係具有一浮動元件及一連動元件,該連動元件之兩端分別樞接該浮動元件及該活塞樞接部;藉此,該浮動單元係會隨水面之波動而起伏時,係會帶動該活塞部於該通道內移動,使水由該入水端被吸入該通道,並由該出水端排出;故,本創作兼具降低海面溫度而降低颱風成形之強度及結構簡單且成本低等優點及功效。
