PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method that can precisely determine adaptability of a denture base to the oral mucosa even when a one-pack non-curable test material is used, and provide an injection tool used for the inspection method.SOLUTION: An inspection method in which adaptability of a denture base to the oral mucosa is inspected based on a shape change generated in a pasty test material by attaching a denture in which a mucosal surface of a denture base is coated with the test material to a predetermined position in an oral cavity, includes: providing a longitudinal test piece by injecting the test material continuously while sustaining a certain cross sectional shape, and mounting the test piece on a predetermined position of the denture base and depressing the test piece by attaching the denture having the test piece mounted thereon to the predetermined position in the oral cavity to inspect adaptability of the denture base to the oral mucosa on the basis of the size of the depressed test piece that has swelled out in a width direction. The test piece is formed by using an injection tool for injecting the test material filled therein, and an injection part for injecting the test material is provided with a tubular injection tube having an injection port having a diameter dimension of 2 mm or less.
