The present invention relates to an echocardiographic evaluation method for the efficiency of a cardiovascular drug. The method according to the present invention is based on changes in cardiac function over time in a rat myocardial infarction model. In particular, the myocardial infarction model is based on the observation that recovery of cardiac contractility is observed with time, but recovery of cardiac relaxation ability is not observed. The echocardiographic evaluation method for the efficacy of the cardiovascular drug of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a cardiovascular disease animal model； administering a drug to be evaluated to a drug administration group by dividing the animal model into a control group and a drug administration group； performing echocardiography test on the control group and the drug administration group； observing changes in cardiac function with time in the echocardiography, wherein the changes in cardiac function are a contractility and a relaxation ability； and evaluating the drug by weighting a relaxation ability assessment factor rather than a contractility assessment factor.본 발명은 심혈관계 약물의 유효성에 대한 심초음파 평가 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방법은 랫드 심근경색증 모델의 시간 경과에 따른 심장 기능의 변화양상에 근거한다. 특히, 상기 심근경색증 모델이 시간경과에 따라 심장 수축능의 회복은 관찰되나 심장 이완능의 회복은 관찰되지 않는 점에 근거한다.본 발명은, 심혈관계 질환 동물모델을 준비하는 단계； 상기 동물모델을 대조군과 약물 투여군으로 나누어서 평가 대상 약물을 약물 투여군에 투여하는 단계； 상기 대조군과 약물 투여군에 심초음파 검사를 수행하는 단계； 상기 심초음파 검사에서 시간 경과에 따른 심장 기능의 변화양상을 관찰하는 단계； 및 심장 기능의 변화양상은 수축능 및 이완능이고, 수축능 평가요소보다 이완능 평가요소에 가중치를 두어 약물을 평가하는 단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 심혈관계 약물의 유효성에 대한 심초음파 평가 방법에 관한 것이다.
